Kudan will be at Intel’s “Intel IoT Planet ~ Robotics Week” event in Japan to introduce the benefits brought by our 3D SLAM Software to Autonomous Mobile Robots

Kudan Inc. (headquarters in Shibuya-ku; CEO Daiu Ko; hereafter “Kudan”), a leading provider of simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) solutions across multiple industries and applications, is pleased to share that we will be exhibiting at “Intel IoT Planet ~ Robotics Week”, a Japanese-based virtual event from March 7 to March 11.

Intel IoT Planet ~ Robotics Week is held to showcase cutting-edge robotics technologies that are enabled by Intel and its partners, and to create a foothold for the players in the ecosystem to create new solutions, solve existing pain points and generate new business needs. Kudan is invited to exhibit during this event because of our extensive insights and experiences in autonomous robotics domain, as well as the proven value of our 3D SLAM technologies.

We are invited to this event not only to introduce Kudan’s independent SLAM work and our insights for robotics domain, but because Kudan and Intel have been in collaboration to develop a performance-enhanced 3D visual SLAM offering that can be applied for various autonomous mobility related use cases.

During this event, Kudan is pleased to share some of the achievements from the partnership as well.

In addition, the Intel RealSense APJ team will also give a seminar session on the second day of the event to introduce how Intel® RealSense™ stereo depth camera can be used for robotics domain, and Kudan visual SLAM will be featured with some demonstration videos in combination with the camera.

We will disclose more details about the ongoing collaboration with Intel during the event.
