Autonomous driving (AD) system for various types of vehicles including passenger vehicles, and Advanced Driver-Assistance System (ADAS) such as Auto Valet Parking (AVP) system and dynamic object detection, including areas where GNSS/GPS is denied or unstable.
Overview
- Autonomous Driving (AD)
Kudan SLAM is a critical element of autonomous driving; accurate location, supported by available GNSS data but still effective in GNSS denied environments. Besides advanced SLAM software, Kudan is capable of offering full-stack autonomous driving system through leveraging partner’s platform, including Perception, Planning and Control. Use cases can cover various environments through public/closed area and indoor-outdoor mixed area. System Integration with the vehicle can be done either by customer, or Kudan and our partners. - Mapping for HD Map
Kudan offers highly accurate point clouds in any environment that can be used for creation of HD Map which is inevitable to realize autonomous driving. There are various functions to support map creation and management such as Loop Closure, GCP (Ground Control Point), Map Merge, and Map Update. - Advanced Driver-Assistance System (ADAS)
Kudan SLAM’s high accurate and robust localization software plays an important role in various ADAS use cases such as Auto Valet Parking (AVP) system and dynamic object detection. Same as AD system, system integration with the ADAS can be done by customer, or Kudan and our partners.
