Kudan Partners with Cadence to Enhance Visual SLAM Performance for Robotics Applications

Kudan Inc. (headquarters in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO Daiu Ko, hereafter “Kudan”), a leading provider of real-time simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) software, is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Cadence Design Systems. Cadence’s Tensilica Vision Q7 DSP (digital signal processor), which is designed to enhance computer vision and AI applications, will be used to optimize Kudan’s SLAM pipeline— providing customers with a versatile, high-performance computing platform with SLAM capabilities for applications such as robotics.

Kudan’s SLAM solutions have become the standard in robotics and computer vision applications, providing real-time mapping and navigation capabilities. The partnership with Cadence allows Kudan to further enhance its technology, accelerating overall performance and delivering an unparalleled experience for customers.
